The People Behind Clear Path
Nicholas Neporanny
Born and raised in Washingtonville, NY, Nicholas earned a degree in Pre-Law with plans to become an attorney, then discovered his true calling in property investment. Buying rental properties soon grew into founding Clear Path House Buyers, a company dedicated to helping sellers through complex and challenging real estate situations.
As Lead Sales Manager, he brings strong leadership, negotiation skills and a client-first mindset to every transaction.
Outside of work: time with his wife, Irene, and his passion for cars, often at local car shows.
Alex Kuchta
Born and raised in Montgomery County, PA, Alex holds a double major in Accounting and Finance. After starting his career at a Big Four accounting firm, he partnered with Nicholas to form Clear Path House Buyers, driven by a passion for real estate investing and helping homeowners through difficult situations.
Alex nurtures client relationships and oversees the company’s backend finances and underwriting, approaching every interaction with compassion, professionalism and integrity.
Outside of work: friends and family, Philadelphia sports, and growing his own rental property portfolio.

Outside of work: riding his motorcycle and swimming. As one of six siblings, he cherishes time with family.
Connor Bowman
Acquisition SpecialistOriginally from San Jose, CA and now based in Conshohocken, PA, Connor earned his Finance degree at Penn State. He applies his background in sales, finance and business development to help homeowners weigh their real estate options and find a personalized solution.

Edward Navarro
Head Technology ManagerEdward oversees and automates the company’s systems and backend processes so everything runs smoothly and efficiently. He’s passionate about using technology to create a brighter, more connected future.
